1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between b999 and its users. It is necessary to read this document in full before using any service — casino games, sports betting, live casino, or financial transactions — through the b999 website or mobile application.
These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account at b999, users must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false, incomplete, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
- Each individual may open only one account.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and usable.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
b999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport may be requested for this purpose.
Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process may result in the account being temporarily restricted.
2.3 Account Security

3 Age, Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
3.1 Age Requirement
All services at b999 are for individuals aged 21 years or older only. Minors opening an account or participating in any betting activity is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at b999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
- Using a third party's account or payment method is prohibited.
- Cryptocurrency or any other digital asset is not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The b999 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is complete.
- Bonuses may only be used on specific games or game categories — this will be stated in each bonus description.
- Bonuses have a specific time limit; if the wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless otherwise stated in the terms.
- b999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Weekly Cashback
b999's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback depends on the weekly net loss: up to 0.3% for the Bronze tier, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold.
Example: If a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games and betting markets at b999 operate under specific rules. Users are responsible for reading the specific rules of each game or market. b999 is not liable for any loss resulting from placing a bet without knowing the rules.
- If any software or system error exists and winnings are obtained by taking advantage of it, those winnings will be voided.
- In sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome.
- Bets placed while a market is closed during live betting will be considered void.
- In the event of a dispute over the result of any game, b999's decision is final.
6.2 Cancellations and Refunds
If an event or game is suspended or disrupted due to a technical issue, b999 may consider refunding the bet amount. Each case will be evaluated individually.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the b999 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activity.
- Using software bots or automated tools to place bets or play games.
- Sharing account details or balance with another user.
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
- Initiating payment chargebacks or raising unjustified disputes.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour towards b999 or its staff.
8 Account Suspension, Restriction and Closure
8.1 b999's Rights
b999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
- If suspicious or unusual activity is observed on the account.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Closure at User's Request
Users may also request that their account be closed or temporarily deactivated. Such requests must be made through the support channel. Any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be cancelled.
9 Limitation of Liability
b999 strives to operate its platform reliably and without interruption. However, b999 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue.
- If a transaction is held up due to a delay or failure by a third-party payment service.
- If any loss occurs because the user themselves disclosed their account details.
- If the service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government directives).
10 Changes and Updates to Terms
b999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or a platform notification.
Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
