Keep Your Account Secure on Your Phone
A few simple precautions keep your account safe
Keep Screen Lock On
Set a PIN, pattern or fingerprint lock on your phone. Even if your phone is lost, no one else will be able to open the app.
Verify Your OTP
An OTP is sent when you log in or change your password. Never share your OTP with anyone who asks for it.
Keep Your Password Private
b999 never asks for your password by phone or chat. Avoid entering your password after clicking any link.
Do Not Share Your Account
Giving your account to someone else can cause problems. Each player should have their own account.
Tips for Running the App Smoothly
A few small habits keep the b999 app running well at all times. Keep these in mind especially when playing real-time games like live casino or MT Live.
- Use a stable connection. Wi-Fi is more reliable than mobile data, especially during live casino or live sports betting.
- Keep the app updated. When a new version is available on the official channel, update it — you will get new games and security improvements.
- Turn off battery saver mode. Battery saver mode can sometimes reduce app performance.
- Clear the cache occasionally. If the app feels slow, clear the cache — your login details will not be deleted.
- Keep notifications on. You will receive notifications before a match starts and for deposit and withdrawal confirmations.
- Play responsibly. Set time and budget limits before you play. Read the responsible gaming guide for more information.
